21 Years of Pain Gone - Zuzia’s Story

21 Years of Pain?

How can someone overcome pain which has been present for 21 years?

Surely after being there for that long, it will be there for good?

Not so.

Pain relates to a moment in time. For example, a moment or period of trauma and persistent pain is the unconscious organism responding to a constant stream of messages filtered through a conscious mind seeing only fear and frustration at its predicament.

Painful Filter

Yet that filter of quite normal and safe stimulus drives the ongoing pain that the person continues to fight.

Getting the transition from one belief to another is often blurred by the medical community and its various contradictions.

There are explanations from different well-trained people saying many other things as a reason for someone's pain and many more treatments destined for failure in persistent pain.

Zuzia made the transition and described how this all started by chance.

But her courage to explore the unusual gaps in her pain and the reading she followed to understand her journey into chronic pain eventually led her from it.

Inspirational Story

It is an inspirational story that doesn’t need unpacking in its finest detail, but it does need understanding.

Zuzia points out some significant drivers and circumstances which explain how this happened to her, but she also beautifully describes her recovery.

Not everyone gets to this point in a journey through persistent pain, but no matter how long you have experienced it, this story brings real hope that recovery is possible. All the structural elements that Zuzia believed were the cause of her pain are present today, yet her pain isn't.

Compassionate Replacement

What has replaced her pain is a compassionate, caring and self-loving perspective of herself, simply for herself.

Suppose you can consider taking a similar perspective of yourself.

In that case, you may see your pain change, and by following the intuitive steps which naturally start to appear, that movement forward can potentially take you to a life free from persistent pain.
